  • Regular Business Hours 8am to 6pm – Base Rate
  • After Hours 6pm to 10pm and 5pm to 8am – 1.5x Base Rate
  • Emergency Service Hours 10pm to 5am – 4x Base Rate
  • Same-day fee applies to all same-day service requests
  • City Fee: applies to 5 Boroughs & 5 Towns
  • Upstate Fee: applies to all service past Monroe
